Senior Digital Producer

Merci-Michel (Gang interactive), a Digital Experience Studio with over 170 awards to its name, is looking for a Senior Digital Producer to join its ranks!

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a studio or digital agency.
• Proven experience with large-scale projects.
• Management of multilingual campaigns.
• Expertise in creative technology, immersive, narrative, and interactive experiences, and phygital installations.

Skills

• Perfect command of French and English (read, spoken, written).
• Excellent ability to manage clients on complex projects.
• Strong pre-sales and project estimation skills (client relationship, needs identification and project qualification, commercial recommendations, etc.).
• Identification of the right casting: adequate resources and skills for the successful execution of each project.
• Experience in team management, both internal and partners.
• Good understanding of creative issues (branding, tone, message).
• Good understanding of technical issues and project environments (technologies and technical frameworks, web hosting platforms, analytics, etc.).
• Unyielding rigor, an essential quality for the successful execution of projects according to Merci-Michel standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with infectious optimism and enthusiasm, for project management in a positive atmosphere!

Responsabilices

• Lead and supervise medium to large-scale digital projects.
• Estimate project costs and timelines during pre-sales or project framing phases.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure project execution, respecting quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and translating them into innovative solutions.
• Monitor productions in detail: planning & milestones, timesheets & profitability, to-dos, deliverables.
• Identify and anticipate risks and opportunities related to projects.
• Supervise the testing and quality assurance phases of projects, a particularly important aspect at Merci-Michel.
