Digital designer (UI/Visual)

We are looking for a Digital Designer who combines strong visual craft with a modern, curious mindset. Someone who loves shaping digital experiences — and who confidently uses AI tools as part of their design workflow to explore ideas faster, prototype smarter, and raise the bar creatively.

What you’ll do

You’ll work across web, app, and digital product design — from early concepts to polished visual systems and interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and fellow designers, turning insights and ideas into work that’s clear, bold, and effective.

You’ll also

• Balance creativity with structure — ideas, systems, and execution

• Present and explain design decisions clearly, and iterate based on feedback

• Help evolve how we work with design, tools, and processes over time

• Use AI-assisted tools for concept exploration, rapid prototyping, visual generation, or workflow efficiency

About you

• You have 3–5+ years of experience in digital / UI / visual design

• You translate business goals and user needs into elegant, usable design

• You enjoy agency life: varied briefs, fast pace, and close collaboration

• You care deeply about typography, layout, color, and detail

• You’re highly skilled in Figma and modern digital design workflows

• You’ve used — or are actively exploring — AI tools in real design projects

• Bonus if you’ve worked with design systems, motion, or speak Swedish (not required)
