Bullet lists are hard to love, we know. You don’t have to check all of them, but it’s great if you recognize yourself in the general theme below

• You’ve got a bachelor’s degree in visual design (or something equally awesome).

• You bring 3–5 years of visual/UI design experience, with a passion for both classic and quirky digital touchpoints — think websites and apps but also business dashboards or even EV charger screens.

• You have an eye for detail and you’re passionate about making visual design that stands out, moves the user and pushes the limits.

• You have an ability to turn business requirements, goals, and user needs into design solutions.

• You can explain and document your process, present your work and communicate your decisions.

• You have proficiency in relevant tools such as Figma.

• You’re used to the high paced agency life and love working closely with all kinds of clients.

• Bonus points if you’re skilled in design systems or motion design.

• You’re fluent in English (and if you speak Swedish, that’s a cherry on top—but not a dealbreaker!).
