Lottie Hero Animation from Figma – Urgent

We're a web design agency and need a senior motion designer to build a Lottie

animation for a website hero section. All screens are finished in Figma — we're

not looking for design work, only for the animation to be built exactly as designed.

WHAT IT IS

A three-step sequence that autoplays on page load. No user interaction, no clicking.

The headline, search field and CTA stay static. Only the right-hand map area and the

data cards animate.

Step 01 — An address types itself into the search field. On the isometric 3D map, a

plot appears with a hatched yellow outline. Four data cards fade in beside it.

Step 02 — A flat building volume appears on the plot. The data cards swap out for

financial metrics.

Step 03 — The building grows upward and gains several floors. Cards swap to

construction metrics. The view then zooms out slightly to reveal several more

developed sites across the 3D map.

A step indicator (01/02/03) highlights the active step in sync.

The landscape, plots and data cards are vector-based and available as separate

layers and components in Figma.

WHAT YOU GET FROM US

The complete Figma file, including the full isometric city landscape as separate

layers and components, all data cards, and every frame of the sequence. The

groundwork is done.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL NOTE

The final step uses photorealistic rendered buildings. We know pure vector Lottie

isn't ideal for that, and we're open to your recommendation — for example vector

Lottie for steps 01 and 02 combined with video or an image sequence for step 03.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience delivering production-ready Lottie animations for live websites

- Portfolio evidence of Figma or After Effects to Lottie workflows

- Output must match the Figma designs 1:1

- Clean, performant file we can drop straight into the site

We need final delivery by the end of this week. Immediate availability is essential —
