Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level UI/UX Designer with strong Branding skills to join our Santander office. This role is key in crafting visually compelling brand and digital experiences, translating strategic concepts into high-quality visual outputs across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop visual identities and digital brand applications across websites, social media, and digital products.
2. Translate brand strategies into strong visual systems and scalable digital design solutions.
3. Collaborate closely with strategy, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure cohesive and feasible design solutions.
4. Prepare and present design concepts and rationale internally.
5. Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand and digital touchpoints.
6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
7. Work with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools in daily workflows.
8. Maintain a presence in the Santander office, collaborating with local and international teams.

Requirements

1. 3+ years’ experience in branding and digital design within an agency or studio.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital design work.
3. High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Strong attention to detail and craft.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
