Studio Display is a product and venture studio focused on building software and digital experiences for the care sector.

We work across product, web, branding, and emerging technology, helping care-focused organisations modernise operations, compliance, onboarding, communication, and internal workflows through better software and design.

Our work spans internal ventures and selected partner projects, with a strong focus on practical tools that solve real operational problems in healthcare and support services.

The Role

We’re looking for a designer who can work across both product and web.

Part of the role is designing workflows and interfaces for software products, while part is helping shape websites, landing pages, brand systems, investor material, and digital experiences more broadly.

You’ll work closely with founders, developers, and operators on everything from dashboards and onboarding flows through to marketing sites, motion concepts, and visual systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Designing product flows and user experiences
2. Creating clean, modern interfaces for desktop and mobile
3. Designing landing pages, marketing sites, and web experiences
4. Turning complex workflows into simple interfaces
5. Building and maintaining scalable Figma component systems
6. Creating prototypes, wireframes, and polished production-ready UI
7. Collaborating closely with developers to ensure designs are implementation-ready
8. Helping shape the visual direction of products and brands

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong product and UI/UX design skills
2. Strong web and landing page design capability
3. Excellent Figma skills
4. Experience designing SaaS products or workflow-heavy systems
5. Good visual taste and attention to detail
6. Comfortable working across both product and brand/web design
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

1. Experience in healthcare, care services, or operational software
2. Motion or interaction design experience
3. Experience building design systems
4. Startup or studio experience
5. Experience with AI-assisted products or workflows
