Product & Interaction Designer (f/m/x) From product features to immersive, interactive experiences

You’ll help shape meaningful products and digital experiences that bridge clarity, creativity, and responsibility. Our work has been recognised with awards such as Lovie Award, Webby Award, and Red Dot Design Award among others — and we continue to push what’s possible.

What you’ll do

1. Conceptualise and design interfaces for digital products, interactive experiences (e.g. 3D, mini-games) and content-driven websites.
2. Translate ideas into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and refined UIs (we care deeply about details).
3. Explore and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to support research, ideation, prototyping, and design process.
4. Collaborate closely with Senior Designers, Brand Strategists, Content Experts, and Engineers to ship and iterate fast.
5. Share work early and contribute to a culture of constructive feedback.
6. Bring new ideas and tools into the design and development practice.
7. Balance conceptual thinking with hands-on execution in day-to-day practice

Your Profile

This is a professional-level role requiring several years of hands-on experience in complex digital projects.

1. 3+ years of professional experience in Product/Interaction Design for complex products and interactive experiences.
2. A digital portfolio that reflects outstanding UI craft paired with solid UX foundation (website portfolios are preferred).
3. Strong interactive thinking and comfort working beyond statics: animations, micro-interactions, and motion principles.
4. Experience designing and prototyping with AI-enabled systems (e.g. generative interfaces or AI-assisted workflows).
5. Proven experience collaborating closely with Engineering and other disciplines.
6. Motivated to work in a B Corp environment where impact and purpose matter
