Senior Designer and Developer for Corporate Website

Project Description:

Design and development of a corporate website showcasing the company's services. The website will have a complex structure comprising 7-9 pages.

We offer a comprehensive service package tailored to the evolving needs of each real estate project, encompassing marketing, advertising, architectural 3D visualization, and sales process management - all under one roof.

Requirements:

1. Senior designer with over 10 years of experience in website design
2. Proven track record in developing websites for B2B service companies (experience with real estate companies is a plus)
3. Strong grasp of Motion UI-based interface design principles
4. Proficiency in creating interactive elements, including Parallax Scrolling
5. Experience in designing kinetic typography responsive to scrolling and user interactions
6. Skill in creating micro-interactions and animations to highlight actions
7. Expertise in designing interactive infographics
8. Knowledge of integrating 3D elements and WebGL, while adhering to Web 3.0 principles
9. Ability to create modern, clean, and minimalist designs with ample white space
10. Understanding of responsive design principles and ability to create websites adapted to various devices and screen sizes
11. Expertise in performance optimization for fast loading and high user engagement.
