Hybrid – Düsseldorf, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt
As a Senior Product Designer, you will conceptualize and design complex digital B2B/B2E products with a focus on big tech companies. Your solutions empower people to work more easily and with greater enjoyment.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues in a product team that seamlessly integrates into our clients’ teams. You’ll accompany the entire process on equal footing with all stakeholders. When it comes to design, you take the lead — from start to finish.
You’ll gain deep insights into a wide range of industries and companies, from start-ups to large enterprises. Boredom is not an option.
Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of UI design within your product team.
- Bring all your expertise to the table to create outstanding digital products. Together with Product Management, UX, and Research, you analyze user groups, usage contexts, and market environments — and derive the core design challenge.
- Develop pragmatic, component-based, and sustainable design solutions. Pixel-perfect or quick prototype? You know what’s needed when.
- Define design languages, build design systems, or extend existing ones.
- Ensure flawless implementation of your UI design: create pattern libraries, support the handover to developers, and collaborate closely with engineering from day one.
Your Experience
- As a seasoned professional in UI design and digital product development, you’re ready for the next step. Like us, you bring at least 10 years of experience — in agencies/consultancies or in-house.
- You stand out with your knowledge of frontend development and developer experience — or with tech start-up experience in your career path.
- Your portfolio demonstrates top-notch UI design and an excellent grasp of UX.
- You’re passionate about modern SaaS products, know the latest patterns and UI trends, and are driven to continuously improve design quality. You have smart solutions at hand and can inspire both clients and developers with them.
- You know how to work pragmatically as part of a team: from joint ideation sessions to quickly gathering feedback to running efficient, goal-oriented meetings.
- You take ownership of your tasks and drive them forward proactively.
- Your inner fire doesn’t allow stagnation — you want to grow and keep developing.
- Since you’ll also work in English-speaking environments, very good English and German skills are essential.
