Senior Web Designer (US Based only)

Job description:

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Designer who specializes in using Figma to create responsive website designs for a Webflow development pipeline. You will create fully custom first-rate websites based on clients’ branding and marketing needs. Working with copywriters, developers, and department heads, you are comfortable collaborating with a team in a remote environment. You are self-sufficient and capable of taking a project and running with it while being open to feedback from clients and the design team. We are looking for a passionate designer who is equal parts skilled, high-spirited, and collaborative.

Responsibilities:

Creation of responsive websites from start to finish

Design of high-conversion landing pages & CTAs

Collaborate with copywriters and developers to facilitate high-quality functional websites

Work with clients and the design team to fulfill client goals & design standards

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of responsive web design experience

3+ years of experience with Figma

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

Deep knowledge & appreciation of branding

Impressive portfolio showcasing high-quality responsive website design projects

Master of typographic hierarchy, layout design, and color theory

A critical eye for design that is detail-oriented

Understanding of SEO best practices
