Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Web Designer with a proven track record of creating award-winning websites, platforms and apps. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to translate ideas into visually stunning and functional designs. Experience in branding is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality websites/apps that meet client needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including a talented front-end development team, to ensure cohesive and impactful designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our offerings fresh and innovative.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing award-winning projects.
• Mastery of design, prototyping and design systems in Figma.
• Able to develop solutions for a wide variety of touchpoints, platforms and devices including mobile, web, social, physical, etc.
• Good level of English.

Bonus Qualifications

• A brand design mindset and experience in identity design is a big plus
• Understanding of frontend tech like WebGL and frameworks such as Three.js and Babylon.js to assess design feasibility and collaborate effectively with developers; coding is not required.
• Knowledge of AI design tools and generative AI.
• Motion design in either After Effects, Jitter, or the like
