Senior Web Designer

Isadora Agency is looking for a Full-Time Senior Web Designer to create expressive, high-impact digital experiences for ambitious brands. If you love concepting visual design, crafting sophisticated user interfaces, and pushing modern web design forward, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll do

• Lead the visual direction for large websites and campaigns

• Design high-fidelity UI, design systems, and interactive components

• Turn brand strategy into compelling digital storytelling

• Collaborate closely with a small senior-level design team, plus UX, strategy, motion, and development

• Present work with clarity and a strong creative rationale

• Report directly to the agency’s Creative Director

• Elevate team output through feedback, exploration, and craft

What we’re looking for

• 5 or more years designing websites and/or digital products

• A portfolio showing strong visual design, interaction, and system thinking

• Mastery of Figma and modern responsive design patterns

• Ability to concept, iterate, and execute with speed and intention

• Understanding of accessibility and dev-friendly workflows

• Confident communicator who can thrive with teammate collaboration

Bonus points

• Motion or prototyping skills (Figma, Framer, AE, Lottie)

• Experience with GSAP, WebGL, or other modern interaction libraries

• Background in branding or product design
