Requirements

• Design with impact: Create captivating designs for digital experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Bring ideas to life: Develop conversational web layouts using Figma and translate concepts into engaging, responsive interfaces.
• Craft visual assets: Design web graphics, custom icons, and playful animations (yes, even lottery animations!) that elevate our clients’ brands.
• Collaborate & innovate: Work closely with developers and strategists to transform creative concepts into reality.
• Think outside the box: Reinvent web and UX design by blending creativity with usability and marketing best practices.

Qualification

• Mastery of Figma – You know every shortcut and trick, and it shows in your designs.
• Creativity that stands out – You push boundaries and set trends, not follow them.
• Eye for detail – You have high standards and ensure every pixel is perfect.
• Visual storytelling skills – You make complex ideas look simple and intuitive.
• Language skills – You communicate confidently in English (German is beneficial but not necessary).
• Bonus points: Experience with Prototyping, Style Systems, or motion design is a big plus.
