About the Role

As a Web Engineer at Rho, you’ll own the technical foundation of our dynamic, reliable, and scalable website. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, writers, and content creators to bring their visions to life, ensuring that our website effectively communicates Rho’s value, engages users, and drives growth. A successful candidate will lead in creating and maintaining high-performing web experiences that tell a compelling story about our product, capture attention, and increase overall traffic and signups. You will also set the foundation and maintain a process for a CRO practice at Rho, owning the testing roadmap, execution and future iterations to continuously improve performance. 

What You'll Achieve

• Deliver an end-to-end marketing site experience that is accessible, reliable, performant, and optimized across multiple geographies.
• Understand the Rho customer journey, identifying key moments to drive engagement and signups through intuitive and personalized web experiences.
• Plan, shape, and build new features that improve user experience, increase engagement, and reinforce Rho’s brand identity.
• Ensure seamless integration between Webflow and other marketing or product tools to maintain a high level of automation and scalability.
• Own website performance reporting across all key business metrics, including traffic, unique visitors, load speed, CVR, and email signups 

You Have

• 4+ years of experience in web development, with expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Webflow experience, including CMS management, interactions, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO, and conversion funnels.
• A user-first mindset, ensuring that web experiences are intuitive, engaging, and scalable.
• The ability to break down complex problems and implement clear, maintainable solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with marketing, design, and product teams, and a solid grasp of design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills, articulating technical decisions clearly and engaging in thoughtful discussions.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with growth engineering and A/B testing for optimizing engagement and conversion.
• Familiarity with headless CMS solutions and marketing automation tools.

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $187,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
