There's almost nothing more frustrating than an incorrect hit area — pressing an interactive element that doesn't respond because the shape of it and the shape of its hit area misalign.


I solved this issue by rendering all the organically shaped hit areas onto one separate render target. The result is a seamless, responsive experience that's as accurate as it is engaging.
