Clearway Bank: UI/UX, CGI & Service Design for ATM
We fully designed the UX for both touchscreen and button-operated ATMs. We mapped out the entire user journey, from the first screen to completing a transaction. We proposed the use of seamless animations that expand and contract, allowing users to visually follow their journey from the starting point. This helps the user understand where they began their current path, and all the elements on the screen feel unified. We applied shape-based animations across all key ATM operations: withdrawals, deposits, payments, and other transactions.
