The New Rules Registry is Dodge's latest innovation in car buying. Users design and customize their ideal Dodge Dart and reach out to friends and family to crowdfund their vehicle. Participants leverage the power of social media in recruiting friends to sponsor each part of their vehicle ranging from windshield wipers to the engine. Once their registry is fully funded, participants receive a check for their brand new Dodge Dart.
