Reimagining Guest Experience for Taj Hotels
A 100-year old iconic hospitality brand lost connection with the new global citizen, being unable to transform its unique experience online. We decided to reimagine the travel experience for Taj altogether - creating “Travel Experience as unique as you” (the traveller). We focused on destinations and digitally enabled experiences, to set Taj apart. We underwent strategy sessions, countless hours of design workshops, followed up by implementing a state of the art digital marketing platform, and topped it off by eye-popping content. Within weeks, impressive results in booking and visitor count have validated our approach.
