Star Wars Visualizer

Launched to promote the Star Wars Saga Blu-ray release, this HTML5 site features 300 of the most memorable scenes from the film series. Developing the site in HTML5 posed certain challenges, but ultimately resulted in an effective site that brings together a community of Star Wars fans. Users can rate and tag the different scenes, or vote for their favorite moments in a head-to-head “duel" that pits two scenes against each other. Based on votes from fans, the scenes are displayed in an interactive visualizer that lets users know which ones are the most popular. This site successfully generates social conversations about the film, and creates awareness and interest in the Blu-ray release.
