Also known as "Miniature" effect, it produces a result very dear to any pictures taken with wide field of view simulating a real scale model of miniatures. This is known technically as Tilt Shift. In photography, Tilt-Shift refers to the use of a technique that involves use of a selective tilt and focus movements using small and medium size format cameras.
