Creative Developer (Berlin)

ROCANI is looking for a Creative Developer with 4+ years of experience to lead the development of dynamic websites and immersive experiences. Join a boutique team of talented individuals striving to create projects that leave a lasting impact on the digital landscape.

Important: This is an on-site role based in Berlin. You must either already live here or be willing to relocate within three months. This is not a remote position.

Your mission:

• Lead the development of innovative digital projects.
• Prototype and implement creative coding solutions.
• Contribute to UI/UX design processes.
• Explore and experiment with new technologies.
• Ensure quality assurance and ship projects.
• Collaborate with the team on internal explorations and experimental projects.

Your skills:

• 4+ years of industry experience in a studio or agency setting.
• Solid full-stack development foundation, we use React and Next.js.
• Advanced WebGL and shader programming skills.
• A sharp eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions while adjusting designs dynamically.
• Eager to learn new skills, embrace challenges, and grow.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of managing your own tasks.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work culture with both clients and team members.
