Role Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Digital Designer with experience in Figma and interaction design to work on a digital product that focuses on improving data and compliance in the primary care sector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building a component library for a care application and delivering the final design for a 2-page website. The art direction and branding are already established, but we need someone to handle the final layout, interactions, and animations to ensure a polished, user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Component Library: Build a comprehensive component library for a care application using Figma, ensuring consistency, scalability, and ease of use across the platform.

Website Design: Finalise the layout, interactions, and animations for a 2-page website, ensuring it aligns with the established branding and art direction.

Interaction Design: Focus on creating smooth, intuitive interactions that enhance user experience, particularly in the context of the care sector.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

Attention to Detail: Ensure that all designs meet high-quality standards, with an emphasis on accessibility, usability, and clarity.

Required Skills and Experience:

Figma Expertise: Proven experience with Figma, including the creation of component libraries, layouts, and prototypes.

Interaction Design: Strong understanding of interaction design principles, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces.

Project Management: Work collaboratively with the design, development, and product teams using Notion for task tracking, Slack for communication.

Animation Skills: Experience in designing smooth transitions and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience.

Web Design: Experience designing for the web, with an eye for responsive design and an understanding of web standards.

Attention to Detail: You have a meticulous eye for design, ensuring that all aspects of the user experience are carefully considered and refined.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate design concepts clearly. You can work from wherever and whenever you like

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with tools like Principle, After Effects, Rive, Jitter

Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
