Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, experience in creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites, and a keen understanding of modern web design trends and best practices. You’ll work closely with our developers, project managers, and quality assurance team to create engaging designs that are brought to life with Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling websites with a focus on user experience and conversions
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless handoff of designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client presentations
• Integrate design best practices for conversion optimization and SEO
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and tools

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Understanding of modern web design principles and best practices, especially for B2B SaaS websites
• Experience designing with responsiveness and performance in mind
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of CRO and SEO principles
• Experience creating Lottie animations of SaaS products
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Experience designing for Webflow and knowledge of the Webflow design limitations

Collaboration & Tools:

• We use Figma for design, ClickUp for project management, and Slack for communication

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in web design with a portfolio of live websites
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
